Art, the Cook, and the watermelon...

I have seen some work on water melons in marraige partys.. If they contracted a proffessionally trained caterer at the marriage, the caterer generally displays his skills at the water melon, and many other fruits at the evening reception..

But, now these creations should be pretty complex, and makes me wonder how much time these guys should have spent on it. (This also i received through fwded email, no idea whether it was some big water melon carving competition.. though the complexity suggest that.)

Now, somebody was asking me what to do with a water melon in the winter... its more so eaten for its cold taste in the summer. Who asked me... who was it...
